Brookstreet's four-diamond Perspectives Restaurant offers the very
best in gourmet dining featuring Executive Chef Michael Blackie's innovative
and award-winning culinary creations prepared with top-quality regional
ingredients deliciously influenced by exciting flavours of the Orient.
The style is upscale in this beautifully appointed restaurant, yet
the dress code is casual, the atmosphere is relaxed and the professional
service is attentive and friendly. Dine amidst birch tree branches and
original artwork by Canterbury High School students or seasonally on
the spacious terraces overlooking The Marshes Golf Club - one of the

Since opening in 2003, Perspectives Restaurant is the proud recipient
of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence as well as the CAA/AAA Four-Diamond

Open Monday to Friday for lunch, Monday to Saturday for breakfast and
for Sunday brunch. Dinner served Monday to Saturday with a daily blind
tasting menu and weekly table d'hôte menu for $49. Private dining
