According to a report from Tuttosport on Tuesday, the impressive performances of Josep Martinez and Andy Diouf could allow Inter Milan to concentrate their transfer budget on pursuing Kouadio Kone and Nico Paz.
The Nerazzurri are expected to have a transfer budget of around €40-45 million for the summer window, supplemented by potential player sales. Kone and Paz are currently the club’s primary targets.
The report suggests that if Inter keep Josep Martinez as the starting goalkeeper next season, it would save approximately €20 million that was originally earmarked for the signing of Tottenham Hotspur’s Guglielmo Vicario. Meanwhile, Andy Diouf’s performances at right wing-back could pave the way for the club to sell Luis Henrique, further boosting Inter’s summer transfer funds.
